black and white dance

Ok just a quickie before I log...

I am organising a black and white dance to get some publicity for our guild.
I'd like to turn this into a big event.

I'm thinking waiters to go around and serve drinks and food, special kind of food, bodyguards at the entrance.

All have to be in black and white armor. (example tux, wedding dress, lovely black dress, black festival suit or dress, simple black dress, black dragonscale armor, etc.)

Do you have any suggestions idea's? Post them here...

I think that's such a great thing, it's so original!

Well anyways, I know this perfect place for it, there's this barracks south west of elwynn, near the entrance to Westfall, there's a bartender and cook there, and there's 4 floors with 2 dining areas and 2 big halls with tables.
I'll show it to you once you log on. =).

And ya, Wedding Gowns and Tuxes are like..LVL30+ and are expensive, =O!

On top of that, we need sponsor money. You don't have to spend alot of gold, just give what you want to give. The gold will be used for the Black and White party. So any contributions are welcome and to be e-mailed to Syrah. *slips her some gold as well*

I have made a char named blackwhite for this event... all donations are welcome there...

Well,

unfortunatly I have had to put this one on the long road for now.

We have to money, we just need someone to organise it.
Due to personal life I cannot put the effort in this event it deserves.

Is there anyone willing to take this over?
